Acid Etched Glass
Annealed glass where one side is treated with an acid etch to produce a non-reflective matte satin finish. Acid etched glass provides solutions to enhance privacy but still allows light to pass through.

Mirror Glass
Mirror is made up of annealed glass which is coated with a silver layer then a copper layer* and two coats of backing paint to seal. This provides greater resistance to natural corrosion, helping to minimise the problems of black edges and spot faults, and also gives additional protection from steam, moisture and chemicals.

Reflect Silver
Tough Glass Reflect Silver mirror is a hard coated glass used for splashbacks or other decorative areas used to enhance interior spaces. Reflect Silver mirror has the ability to be used toughened where ordinary mirrors cannot.
Reflect Silver is slightly transparent, (unlike our former product Splashguard) a painting service is required when glass is used in a splashback application. We allow “black” paint as standard unless otherwise specified.

May I just say that your staff at Tough Glass are providing us with excellent service. We have never in all the years experienced such a service. I rang on Wednesday to request a couple of urgent panels for which we collected this morning. That truly is amazing!!
Everybody should use Tough Glass and I would never use anyone else regardless of pricing like some do. I don’t think we have ever received a bad piece of glass from Tough Glass either. It’s a credit to you and your staff.
